Planning Applications affecting Overseal

The Parish Council is aware there are a number of planning applications in the Overseal area which could impact the village and in particular, the A444.

Whilst the Parish Council is a consultee and therefore considers and comments on all applications affecting the parish, the planning authority where all comments and objections must be sent for these to be registered is South Derbyshire District Council (SDDC). It is therefore essential that, in order for SDDC to understand peoples' concerns, individuals reply to planning applications via SDDC's portal by following this link:
